At Born in Stockholm, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our Stockholm warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
